Processing times: in the 30 days leading up to major events, like HH Ball, MG weekend, and especially Fiesta, order volume spikes. Custom designs should be ordered at least 30 days before these events - my entire household thanks you - signed, Wasabi & Ginger, the worst customer service team ever.
Custom Designs require significant time and resources to create so I only accept a limited number for any single event.
