Shipping policy
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the United States. We also offer low cost local shipping and pickup. Shipping options are listed at checkout and vary based of the size and weight of your order.
Please note that personalized items and custom signs are handcrafted and take time to create. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Most items are processed within 7-10 days of payment for your order. Once shipped, your order will usually arrive within 3-7 business days for standard shipping within the United States. We make every effort to complete orders timely.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at orders@12thavedesign.com. Please send photos of the broken item, as well as the packaging. We will file a claim with our shipping carrier on your behalf, and if the claim is approved, we will send a replacement as soon as possible.
